Strategic lead for Jackpot City, a new Betway casino only brand, responsible for full go-to-market and optimization across 5 African geos. Building a blueprint for further pan-African expansion.
Lead acquisition, retention, and growth strategy across multiple Betway regions, with direct oversight of business performance and user lifecycle management.
Created Jackpot City’s new organogram and hiring locally in JHB as well as in-region.
Full CX review, including creating welcome offers, retention hooks and product managing new features.
Conduct in-depth audits across all business silos—including acquisition, UX/UI, CRM, and loyalty. To improve customer lifetime value (CLTV), ARPU, and overall revenue contribution.
Present strategic growth findings and market insights directly to the COO and senior leadership.
